Version Information:
libnetconf - libnetconf2-3.7.1-1.wos1.wf42.x86_64
libssh - libssh-0.11.3-1.wf42.x86_64
netopeer2-server - netopeer2-2.4.1-1.wos1.wf42.x86_64

Problem description:

Experiencing persistent SSH key exchange error when using libnetconf2 for NETCONF session management:

INF/netopeer2-server, Generated new event (netconf-session-start).
INF/netopeer2-server, Session 1: thread 0 event new RPC.
INF/netopeer2-server, Accepted a connection on :::21052 from ::ffff:172.21.1.201:53270.
WRN/netopeer2-server, SSH: ssh_socket_exception_callback: Socket exception callback: 1 (0)
ERR/netopeer2-server, SSH key exchange error (Socket error: disconnected).

Please check and let me know, why and how SSH key exchange error could be fixed or avoided.

Look at the client and its output, that is where the problem most likely is.
