github package out of date

ghcr.io/linkstackorg/linkstack:latest package is almost three years out of date.

Not integrated into the update workflow.
This was mostly a test feature for select users.

We may discontinue this release stream.

This release gets a few hundred pull each month, we may just change the documentation to prioritize building from source, for these users.

I'm open to any feedback here.
