Description

Publishing to the MS-Store can make it easier for users to get Sunshine and automatic updates.

Depends upon:

• Sunshine: reduce/eliminate anti virus flags #89 (current stable release passes ms-store validation even though there are still a few flags in virus total)
• code signing - Sunshine: code sign exe #110
  • we could avoid code signing by using an MSIX installer format, there seems to be a wix extension that makes that easy (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/msix/desktop/desktop-to-uwp-third-party-installer#firegiant), in which case this would depend on Sunshine: change windows installer to WiX #76

Code signing complete, and virus detections are cleaned up... so we should be in the clear to publish Sunshine on the next stable release.
