How to help debug and report bugs?

I'm flipping back to standard loop for now, so I will be getting insulin soon. No need to worry. I know this is a beta.

Might be my fault?? I changed the icons color and use LnL customizations when I built using xcode yesterday around 5:30 PM. But within 30 minutes of enabling AutoPresets, Loop wouldn't launch, just crash. Tried a reboot twice, no luck.

Equipment:
iPhone 14 Pro and Apple Watch 7.
Dexom 7 10day and Dash pods.

Tonight at 8:40 pm, loop stopped running, but still told me that it hadn't ran for x minutes. And its still sitting in the dynamic island. However, every time I try opening it, it immediately crashed but dynamic island stayed frozen at the same info from when it was working.

At the time it happened: I was talking on the phone for 15 minutes, when I hung up, I saw Loop hasn't ran in 20 minutes.
