Version 0.48.0 is not able to load Cloudflare D1 plugins

What happened?

Updated and tried to connect to my D1 DB. I receive this error on connect.

Steps to reproduce

Update to 0.48.0 and try to create a D1 DB connection or install the plugin.

Oops that did it. I wrongly assumed update and relaunch was actually fully quitting the app. Thanks for the quick response!
