Analysis does not create two branches when rax has two possible values in jmp rax

Another example binary: calm tiger flies quietly

Repro steps:

1. Open binary
2. Navigate to 0x180009800
3. Set the .data section to Read-only data
4. Switch to LLIL, observe at the last instruction (jmp rax), we resolve the two values correctly, but we are not continueing disassembly:

As we can see, the two basic blocks were briefly available right after setting the .data section to read-only, but then quickly go away in further analysis updates
