CRITICAL: Bug in promise module - Failed to log about changes made by a repaired groups promise with promiser 'libvirt' (/var/cfengine/inputs/services/cfengine-ci/buildhost.cf:24)

This is with a 3.21.3 enterprise agent on debian-12 with the following policy:

  groups:
    debian::
      "libvirt"
        policy => "present",
        members => '{ "only": [ "jenkins" ] }';

The promise is actuated properly, so that's good.

# grep jenkins /etc/group | grep libvirt
libvirt:x:1009:jenkins
