Support Prisma v7

Description

Prisma v7 has been released in November 2025: https://www.prisma.io/blog/announcing-prisma-orm-7-0-0

Our SDKs are only tested against v5 and v6 (same is true for our docs). The chances are high that Prisma v7 is working OOTB. We still need to verify with tests and cross-check how we handle the @prisma/instrumentation upgrade

I can confirm that query sources do not work with Prisma v7. It looks like #19924 would address the issue.

I will take a look at the closed PR and see if this is something to be fixed on the product level or the SDK since v7 has been out for a while.
