@types packages have no docs

Docs are reported as unavailable for any @types package (e.g. estree):

Even though these packages are meant to be complementary, I'd argue that the current behavior is counterintuitive.

What I can tell is that of all the @types packages that I checked none return a x-typescript-types header, despite having a types entry in their package.json (obviously).

esm.sh adds the header here: https://github.com/esm-dev/esm.sh/blob/310a6d83e3d826b6be85dc7c0eddc7127f6aa3e2/server/router.go#L1491

There are already several open esm.sh issues related to the x-typescript-types header. I'm not sure if it's worth adding yet another one without first investigating whether this might actually be a Deno bug.
