- Relocate the page from reference/intl/functions/intltz-get-iana-id.xml to reference/intl/intltimezone/getianaid.xml, matching the convention used by IntlTimeZone::getWindowsID (single page documenting both the OO method and the procedural alias). - Add OO synopsis (public static) alongside the procedural one. - Align ICU version note format with reference/intl/intltimezone/getwindowsid.xml. - Register intltimezone::getianaid in reference/intl/versions.xml.
