将行为准则从中英混杂翻译为完整中文版本，并将联系方式占位符替换为 GitHub Issues 链接。
- README.md: 版本号从 v1.4.0 更新为 v1.5.0，删除重复的「参与贡献」和「许可证」章节，修复回到顶部锚点 - CONTRIBUTING.md: 删除重复的标题和重复的「改进现有翻译」章节 - CHANGELOG.md: 修复 1.0.0 版本的占位符日期
- getting-started.md: 将 your-username 替换为 LessUp，将不存在的 roadmap.md 链接替换为 installation-guide.md - troubleshooting.md: 将 your-username 替换为 LessUp，修复引用不存在的 terminology.md 和 term_checker.py
- quality-check.yml: 将不存在的 examples/templates 目录替换为实际存在的 scripts 目录 - validate_translations.py: 修正文件匹配模式为 .cursorrules，移除未使用的 yaml 导入，增加中文内容检测
- 删除重复的 translation-request.md，保留功能更完整的 translation_request.md - .gitignore 新增 node_modules/、.env、Python 缓存、虚拟环境和构建输出等常用规则
- 修复顶部导航锚点链接失效问题 - 重新组织章节顺序：使用指南紧跟快速开始，提升阅读流畅度 - 新增规则集目录表格，展示 40+ 技术领域分类 - 合并「项目现状」和「维护计划」为一个章节，用表格呈现状态 - 统一章节标题风格，精简冗余内容
- 修复 translation-progress.md 死链和 emoji 渲染异常 - 修正项目统计数据 (43 领域、92 规则文件、550+ 总文件) - 扩展规则集目录表格，覆盖全部 43 个分类（7 组分组） - 新增目录导航、.cursorrules 概念介绍、项目结构概览 - 新增 FAQ 常见问题（可折叠）和相关文档索引表格 - 优化整体结构和排版，增强可读性
- 删除 scripts/validate_translations.py（CI 未使用，功能冗余） - 更新 CI 工作流，移除 scripts 目录检查 - 更新 README 项目结构，移除 scripts 引用
