Clarifies when to use MetaMask Connect Multichain’s high-level SDK methods vs the standard CAIP-25 Multichain API, adding an explicit callout in reference/api.md and a wrapping note in reference/methods.md.

Tightens terminology and linking across the multichain docs (e.g., consistently referring to sessions instead of connections, adding deep links to connect/invokeMethod, and simplifying the lifecycle bullet in index.md), plus a minor image markup tweak.
