Includes the branch name in versions.
The last attempt I had at this had a bug with MinVer where it poorly interacted with our
-octopusrelease name convention.MinVer thought it was a prerelease (because it has a prerelease tag), so we ended up with
-octopus.<version>.<build>Result is in the built package of this action:
