Summary

Addresses the feedback in #1435:

Replace boilerplate README with one that describes the example, its three storage backends (IndexedDB, localStorage, wa-sqlite OPFS), and how to run it
Fix TypeScript build errors — add ambient type declarations for createServerFileRoute (types not resolvable due to pnpm hoisting), type handler parameters, fix invalid tanstackStart() vite config options (customViteReactPlugin/mode → spa: { enabled: true })
Remove unused packages — tailwind-merge (never imported)
Remove unused files — users.ts/users.$userId.ts server routes (referenced non-existent ~/utils/users), loggingMiddleware.tsx, seo.ts, DefaultCatchBoundary.tsx, NotFound.tsx (all TanStack Start template leftovers)
Simplify __root.tsx and router.tsx — strip favicon/manifest/SEO/custom script boilerplate

Test plan

pnpm build passes (vite build + tsc --noEmit)
pnpm dev starts and all three demo routes work (IndexedDB, localStorage, wa-sqlite)
