Claude skill leveraged create a portable standalone Connect integration for Sentry SDKs. See `.agents/skills/convert-otel-integration/logs/connect.md` for detailed write-up of what was done.
This was implemented for the portable Express integration, but others will need the same functionality, so we should have a reusable to save on bundle size.
