ResponseOutputMessage can include an optional phase field ("commentary" | "final_answer") that was silently dropped, making it impossible to distinguish intermediate reasoning from the final answer — and preventing correct round-tripping when sending messages in follow-up turns.

Changes

OutputMessage: Added public readonly ?string $phase property, updated PHPStan type annotation, and wired it through from() and toArray()
Fixtures: Added 'phase' => null to existing message fixtures to maintain toArray() round-trip fidelity; added outputBasicMessageWithPhase() fixture with 'phase' => 'final_answer'
Tests: New OutputMessage test file covering from(), array access, and toArray() round-trips for both the null and set-phase cases
