Overview
Updates the RedisVL 0.18.2 docs so callouts render with Hugo shortcodes instead of plain #### NOTE / #### WARNING headings.

Across API pages (cache, filter, query, schema, vectorizer, searchindex) and concept/how-to guides (extensions, queries, mcp), existing note text is unchanged but wrapped in {{< note >}} … {{< /note >}}. The MCP guide’s security callout uses {{< warning >}} … {{< /warning >}}. HybridQuery’s former SEE ALSO block is folded into a note shortcode the same way.

No API signatures, behavior, or substantive copy changes—only presentation for the site build.
