Removes [@conventional-changelog/git-client](https://github.com/conventional-changelog/conventional-changelog/tree/HEAD/packages/git-client). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [git-semver-tags](https://github.com/conventional-changelog/conventional-changelog/tree/HEAD/packages/git-semver-tags). These dependencies need to be updated together.
