I've created REDME.md with detailed instructions how to setup local build. I also added 2 scripts:
TestEnvironment.ps1- to perform some environment setup testInstallSigningKeyNoPassword.bat- to create new self-signed key and install it to containerYou can check how does the file look visually here:
